Before any metal is cut, you receive a photo-realistic render of your piece. Adjust details, switch materials, request changes — all in pixels, no cost, until every detail is exactly right.
Quality Check 2:The Finished Video
When the work is complete, you receive a close-up video of the actual piece — recorded from every angle. Payment ships only after your final approval.

Before you start a commission, here's what most customers want to know.
From quote acceptance to your door, expect roughly 4–5 weeks. The 3D render takes about 1 week. Production takes 14–20 days depending on complexity. Shipping takes 4–7 days depending on your destination. We share an exact timeline with your quote and let you know in advance if anything changes.
Our minimum is $200 per piece. We work exclusively in premium gold (14k or 18k) with precious gemstones — every commission is custom. We don't do silver, and we don't do mass-market pieces. Pure gold pieces without stones are possible, but our biggest pricing advantage comes from the stones themselves, where retail markups are highest.
The more specific your reference, the closer your finished piece will be to what you imagined. Our recommended approach: visit a few physical jewelry stores, try pieces on, and photograph the ones that fit you and you love. Even better — if you find a piece online with exact specifications (carat, cut, metal, dimensions), share the link and we can rebuild it almost identically. We can also work from sketches, descriptions, screenshots, or heirloom photos, but specifics always yield better results.

We guarantee the piece will match the size you provide, but the measurement itself is your responsibility, so measure carefully or have a professional do it.
Quotes are always free and come with no obligation — we send a personalised quote within 48 hours of receiving your reference. Final pricing depends on your design, materials, and stones, and shifts with current metal prices (gold markets fluctuate, and 14k vs 18k pieces can differ meaningfully). We always include a few alternative material configurations in the same quote — for example, 14k vs 18k gold, or diamond vs moissanite — so you can choose what fits your budget without compromising visual appeal.
Diamonds, coloured diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, alexandrites, and moissanites. All lab-grown — we don't deal in natural stones, which are environmentally and ethically questionable and carry artificially inflated retail pricing. Every stone from 0.5ct upward ships with an IGI certificate at no extra charge. For smaller stones, we can include certificates at +$50 per stone if requested.
Yes — we can recreate the design, style, and materials of pieces from well-known brands at a fraction of the cost. What we cannot reproduce are brand logos, signatures, hallmarks, or trademark markings, for legal reasons. The piece will be visually equivalent in every other way.
Every piece ships via fully-insured express courier with full tracking, worldwide. Once you've approved the finished piece on video, we dispatch within 2 business days. Most international destinations receive within 4–7 days.
