Find a Design You Love

Find a piece that makes you stop.

The first step is exploration — seeing real jewelry in person, trying it on, and learning what suits you.

Visit a few jewelry stores. Try things on. Pay attention to weight, proportions, and how pieces sit on your hand or neck. This is also the easiest moment to have your ring size measured — most stores do it for free.

Then explore online — your favourite brands, Pinterest, Instagram, design archives. Save what you love. Every reference helps.

Most importantly: don't only look at pieces in your budget. The design you love most might retail for $8,000 — but we can craft a visually equivalent version for less than $1,000 by adjusting metal grade or substituting moissanite for diamond. You don't compromise on design — you compromise on materials, in ways most jewelers never tell you about.

Send Your Reference

The more specific your reference, the closer your piece.

Once you've found pieces you love, send us everything you've gathered. The minimum is one clear photograph — for a straightforward design, that's enough to start.

The most useful references are product pages from established retailers with exact specifications, photographs from multiple angles, and notes on anything you'd change. The more detail, the closer the result.

Tip If you find a piece you love on a major brand's website, send us the product page URL. The specifications usually tell us everything we need to recreate the proportions almost identically.

Quote & Material Selection

One design, several configurations — choose what fits your budget.

Within 48 hours of receiving your reference, we send a personalised quote. Unlike most jewelers, we don't quote a single number — we quote several configurations of the same design, so you can see how price changes with material choice and pick what works for you.

A typical quote might offer the piece in 18k gold with lab diamonds, in 14k gold with lab diamonds, or in 14k gold with moissanites. The visual result is virtually identical; only the price changes. Once you've decided, a deposit secures the start of production.

Tip Don't assume the most expensive configuration is the most beautiful. In side-by-side comparison, people can't tell a high-quality lab moissanite from a lab diamond by eye — and the pricing difference can be 4–5x.

3D Model Approval

See your piece in detail before any metal is cut.

Once your deposit clears, our jewelry designers build out your piece in our 3D modeling software. You receive a photo-realistic render along with the exact measurements and materials specified for production. Typically within 5–7 days.

This is your moment to catch anything that doesn't match your vision. Want the band slightly wider? The stone setting taller? Changes at this stage are free and unlimited. Once approved, the 3D model becomes the production blueprint.

Tip Compare the render against your original reference side-by-side at full size. The render shows everything to scale — if something looks off, it almost certainly is.

Production & Quality Check

Hand-crafted by master goldsmiths — and filmed before it ships.

With your 3D approval locked in, the work moves to our jewelry workshop. Master goldsmiths set the stones, finish the metalwork, and polish the piece by hand. Production takes 14–18 days, depending on complexity.

Once complete, we record 1–2 close-up videos of the finished piece, well-lit, from every angle. This is your second approval moment — if anything doesn't match what was promised at the 3D stage, we can still adjust virtually any issue before shipping.

Tip Watch the videos on the largest screen you have available. Stones and finishes catch light differently at different sizes — what looks slightly off on a phone often looks perfect on a laptop or TV.

Delivery

Insured, tracked, delivered anywhere in the world.

After your approval of the finished-piece video, final payment is collected, and your piece is dispatched via FedEx or DHL with full international insurance and end-to-end tracking. Delivery takes 4–7 days depending on destination — most major destinations within 3–5.

Signature on delivery is required. You'll receive the tracking number the moment it ships. The piece arrives in protective packaging with care instructions and any IGI certificates for stones 0.5ct and above.

Tip The hard work is done – it's time to enjoy your heirloom quality piece.
